Do PLANTS grow and photosynthesise normally when living UNDER artificial Light?

Put incandescent and iridescent light bulbs together near your plant to mimic the expensive gro-lights you buy at the store. The problem with growing things inside tends to be watering them – which is much harder to get right than if they’re directly in the soil. But if you get everything right – water and light and nutrients and temperature, your plants could grow faster inside than out. But it’s tough. Also, changing the color of the light spectrum the plants are exposed to can mess with them – just red light or just blue light will make them do different things, like grow flowers when they’re not supposed to, or grow no flowers at all, grow taller, etc….
