Yes pineapples have seed. They are small and black. You can grow from seeds of a store bought fruit, but it’s hard to tell which variety of pineapple will actually grow. Most commercial fruit has been hybridized and the plants that will result will go back to something like the original parents and not the hybrid. You can also cut off the top of the pineapple and grow exactly the same plant that way.
