Possibly. Firewalls can prevent your local computer from accessing your Xdrive. Click one of the following links for instructions on configuring ZoneAlarm or Symantec’s Norton firewall to work with Xdrive Desktop. If you are using McAfee personal firewall, you will need to disable it in order to use the Desktop software.
