Do Persona MAX Cards ever lose their value?
Yes. The valid thru date is printed on the front of every Card. All points must be used prior to the last day of the month of the valid thru date or the remaining unused points will be forfeited, subject to applicable law. However, if the Card issued to you is reloadable and the Sponsor of the program, in its sole discretion, elects to continue the program beyond the valid thru date, the Sponsor may request we transfer any remaining points to a new Card, with a new valid thru date. Invalid Cards are not replaceable, refundable or returnable. If you are not certain if the Card is reloadable, please contact the sponsoring company that sent you the Card.
