Level 3 RESearch Case Managers are responsible for identifying and interviewing the most effective real estate agents for various types of real estate throughout the Untied States and beyond. Nothing stands out more clearly to the Case Managers than the fact that the vast majority of property sales are conducted by only a small percentage of agents. It is not uncommon to find that over 90% of sales are made by less than 5% of all agents in a given marketplace. Simply put, in any given market, a small percentage of agents are far more effective at selling property than the rest. Though being involved in a high number of sales is an indication of performance, high sales volume can be very misleading.
