Do people with Apsergers Syndrome use non-verbal cues correctly?

I’m a female Aspie. In answer to your questions (and I’m not saying I’m an authority I can only tell you what I’ve experienced) I’ve learned to use non-verbal communication cues appropriately because I’ve learned to mimic them. I still don’t really know what I’m doing, but I know that by doing it it makes other people more comfortable but a lot of Aspie’s I know never learn them and no, even though I’ve learned them sometimes I don’t use them correctly and situation gets a little awkward. You can help your girlfriend by just being very, very open and straightforward with her. I don’t know what kind of Aspie she is, we come with in all different flavors, shapes, and sizes. For example, I’m very rule oriented but the biggest thing you can do for her is to just ALWAYS be communicating. Also, if she does anything that confuses you, you should just ask her about it. The biggest problem with Aspie’s and dating is that there are all these little rituals and information that is implicitly know
