Of course people still play it. Yu-Gi-Oh is one of the largest TCG/OCG card franchises in the world. If you really want to see where the players are, head over to the Shoenen Jump Championship or an actual Yu-Gi-Oh card store! And yes it is still on the television, just not really primetime. Speaking of that they are making a movie based of the adventures of Yugi Moto, Jaden Yuki, and Yusei Fudo. Release date somewhere around Spring 2010.
