Do people normally dress up for justice of the peace court weddings?
I was a marriage licence provider with a county clerk’s office and saw a lot of weddings in the judge’s offices. Everything from full wedding gowns and veils to jeans and t-shirts are worn. The girls that looked the nicest were in simple dresses that didn’t show too much skin but were tasteful for it being their wedding. I like the Victoria’s secret dress better. The ruffles give the v-neck a more dresses up look. The strapless does look like a towel – maybe cute for a honeymoon but not the wedding.
