No they don’t hurt, they are great! You walk in and they put you in a massaging chair (heaven!) and you start soaking your feet in nice warm water. After the soak, they will massage your feet and rub oils in them and slough off all the dead skin on your heels and stuff. Then they put them in warm sock things to sit for a bit to further soften them. You pick out your nail polish color and they wipe off the oil and trim your nails and polish them. It’s all very relaxing and your feet will look great for months! I will warn you, once you start getting them, you will be addicted!
