No. Windows mobile devices users with data/internet service can configure UH Exchange email by selecting Setup new email -> Choose Exchange setup -> Server name as exchange.uh.edu -> Enter CougarNet userid and password -> Domain is CougarNet -> Finish. Select Email -> Choose Menu option -> Select Send/Receive. However be sure to purchase a PDA Unlimited Data Plan.
