Do patients need to go to the pharmacy to pick up their schedule II medications?

0

No, however, if the patient is a new patient then we would like for them to make their initial visit to the pharmacy, if at all possible, so we can get their current information including insurance. The reason we do not need the patient to go to the pharmacy to pick up their schedule II prescriptions is because our driver/tech will pick up the schedule II hard copy at your office*, return it to the pharmacy, and we can then mail the Rx to the patient’s home. (*Some restrictions do apply.
