Do pathological liars really believe their lies?
Having known some…I think that they have the ability to temporarily make themselves believe their own lies…similar to actors who have to train themselves to believe what they are saying in order to say it with conviction. I think all humans have this ability but most people only use it when watching movies/ plays or reading fiction books.
