Do parents routinely receive copies of student grades?

No. Grades are available on-line through Web Advisor. Contact the Registrar’s office with questions.

No. Saint Ben’s and Saint John’s record grades at the end of the fall and spring semesters. Students may view their grades through Banner Web Self Service using their Saints ID number and Web Security Code. Parents of dependent students may request a copy of their student’s semester grades through the Registrar’s Office each semester. Parents must first complete a dependent card (declaring their student’s legal dependency) with the Office of the Registrar before grades can be released. The form for filing this affidavit is sent to parents of all new students with their July billing statement. Forms are also available from the Registrar’s Office.
