If a Round 2 Finalist is a minor in his/her primary state of residence, the entrant must be accompanied by at least one (1) of his/her parents or legal guardians to the Round 3 Show and that minor entrant’s parent or legal guardian will be given complimentary park admission, but will NOT be given separate parking for attendance at the Round 3 Show.
