No. The right to or guarantee of a free part-time nursery education place is a right to a free place within the Borough not the right to a free place at a particular provider. Q. My child is attending a school nursery. Can they claim Nursery Education Grant? A. No. If a child is already attending a school nursery they are already accessing their free part-time nursery education place.
