Yes — over half of GEL participants bring a parent or two, so GEL students who bring their parents shouldn’t feel uncomfortable. Right before opening ceremonies, students say their goodbyes to their parents and embark on separate adventures. On Sunday you can compare notes and experiences as you will be learning different things during the weekend.
