Do owners keep horses only in the shared facilities or can owners land be used for stabling and grazing?
Currently there is no rule prohibiting owners from keeping their horses on their own property although the fee still needs to be paid to the Ranch Club. Currently the fee this is $100.per month for grazing winter fee for hay is usually an extra $60. per month. There is also an extra charge for special feed.
