Do owners have any responsibility for maintenance of their own lawn and gardens?
The monthly fee paid by Quail Crest Condominium co-owners covers lawn maintenance, including grass-cutting, trimming, irrigation and fall leaf removal. Twice a year shrubs around homes and in community gardens are trimmed as well. Co-owners are responsible for upkeep of any plantings added by them at a later date (and with the Board of Directors’ approval) and for any annual plantings.
