Do Owners/Club Cabin Members pay annual assessments?
Yes. Club Cabin Membership Assessments pay for the ownership costs, professional management and operation of Club Cabins, facilities, services and amenities. Assessed annually and paid on a quarterly basis, these fees include funds for staff salaries, supplies, maintenance, insurance, trash removal, legal/accounting, and also include utilities, property taxes, and replacement/refurbishing reserves for Club Cabins and Common Areas. Assessments may vary depending on the Club Cabin type owned but remember that these assessments are a fraction of the cost of owning a cabin by yourself!
