Yes, but other countries are not as lax as the FDA. Strattera has been marketed in the United Kingdom since July 2004 while it has been available in the here since November 2002. Worldwide, 41 reports of liver disorders have been received including two cases of severe acute hepatitis. There is no trend to onset and reactions may occur after several months of treatment. In some cases, liver dysfunction has continued to worsen even after the drug has been stopped.
