Do orders need to have a minimum dollar value?
No. You only need to order in mixed or straight dozen lots if you wish to attract our lowest freight costs (free to many postcodes). You can order any quantity of any product or combination of products, but freight charges may apply. I’m not sure if my order went through. You should receive an email confirmation after you have completed your order. If you see the following message on your screen: “Your order was successful however a confirmation email could not be sent to your email address”, then we have received your order. In such instances, the problem with your email may be due to either the fact that your email details were incorrectly recorded, or that there was a technical hiccup. Regardless, as stated in the message, your order has definitely reached us. Please email us if you want another confirmation sent.
