Do Open University students count toward enrollment levels, FTES and determination of faculty pay for summer?

Open University enrollment is no different in summer than it is in fall or spring semesters. Potential Open University enrollment cannot be used as the basis for the addition of a new course section, nor shall such enrollment alone justify continuation of a course section, which would otherwise be cancelled due to low enrollment of regularly matriculated CSUS students. Open University enrollment does not count toward the official FTES that we report to the C.O. Open University enrollment has no impact on faculty pay.
