Do only V36 courses count towards the major and minor?
The courses that will count towards your major will not necessarily show up as V36 courses. The list of courses that qualify towards your ES major are listed at http://cas.nyu.edu/object/environment.tracks#science and http://cas.nyu.edu/object/environment.tracks#value. You can enroll in any of the courses offered on that list, regardless of whether or not it is a V36, and it will count towards your major or minor.
