Do one-time reseller deals accrue toward rebate if they are in the process of becoming authorized?
We will allow a one-time exception, similar to the one-time exception on certification. If the Reseller becomes authorized to sell StorageTek product after they have already closed a deal, that revenue will be counted toward their rebate. A form will be available for the CSE/CSM to submit to Channel Marketing. This exception will only be made one time. However, they would have to have signed a One-Time Value Added Reseller Agreement.
