Yes, Version 3.0 of the CIQ specifications provides support for defining the quality of data (e.g. valid, invalid, valid at source, 90% confident, etc) and the date of validity of the quality. CIQ specifications are not a quality enhancing process as commonly understood or akin to a certificate of test results against some objective specification.
