Do nose piercings become easily infected?
If you cleanse the needle and the area around the nose that you will be piercing it is unlikley it will beome infected unless you absolutely do nothing to care for it. The nose is mostly cartilage and has very few small veins in it to carry infection. So the is no, but if it swells or begins to puss you could be allergic to the metal or plastic and should immediatly take it out, clean it and get some antibiotics.
