Michelle, It is an odd question and I wonder exactly at your motivations. however, medically speaking there is no relationship between mutilation and development. They will simply develop with scar tissue where the nipple should have been – the same as a skinned knee may leave a scar for life but the underlying tissues will continue to grow and develop. For people who have had to undergo the loss of a nipple(s) due to an injury, burn, or medical issue such as cancer, cosmetic surgery can restore the look of a nipple to some degree, but never the function for nursing or sexual stimulation. By the way, I can tell you as a writer with several published books that publishers will not consider this type of material regarding the mutilation of sexual (genitalia) or quasi-sexual (breasts and nipples) on an underage female.
