Both NIB and NISH, will help nonprofit agencies in any way that they can to create employment for people with severe disabilities. As a result, they are providing some assistance in developing projects even if they are not for the JWOD Program. However, nonprofit agencies can not bid on small business set-aside contracts as they technically do not meet the definition of a small business.
