National Organizations will be required to track and report on all of the outcome and output measures for each of the CPPW-funded communities they are matched and working with. ASH will match the national organizations with CPPW-funded communities based on national organization’s expertise, capacity, and co-location of local systems, affiliates, networks, etc.
