NO. UltraONE Points do not expire. Your UltraONE Coach card will be deactivated after six (6) months if no activity is recorded on the card and any point or shower balance will be forfeited. Activity is defined as a certificate being printed or points being added for a qualifying purchase (See “How do I earn UltraONE Points in the program?” above). UltraONE Point or shower balances will not be restored after six months of non activity.
