Do my participants have to install the Mikogo software?

No. Participants never need to install software. They only download the connection program from the Mikogo website and execute it in a temporary folder. There is no need for them to install the Mikogo software. Alternatively, participants can login to your session using the HTML Viewer. In this case, they do not even have to download the connection program. Instead they simply view your screen live from within their browser.
