Do my Jetstar Dollars expire?
Jetstar Dollars do not expire provided your Account is open. If you close your Account or die, your participation in Jetstar Dollars is automatically cancelled and all Jetstar Dollars accrued are forfeited. Your Jetstar Dollars may not be transferred to another person for any reason. We may discontinue Jetstar Dollars at any time at our discretion. We will notify you as soon as practicable of the termination and you will have 30 days from the date of termination to redeem your Jetstar Dollars.
