No. Oracle Standard Edition can only be used on servers that have a maximum capacity of 4 processors (CPUs), regardless of the number of cores. In a RAC environment, this limitation applies to the whole cluster (i.e. the total number of processors in the cluster must be less than or equal to 4). Oracle Standard Edition One can only be used on servers that have a maximum capacity of 2 processors.
