Do MU Forms need to have the exact same information as previously reported to DFCS?

During the transition, DFCS will begin matching up companies that submitted information in NMLSR to the information currently in our database. We will make sure that the critical information submitted to NMLSR matches what has been previously reported to DFCS. This will include: the company name and any DBAs, the address of the principal location and all locations licensed in Oregon, and any significant change in ownership. If any of the information related to critical information in NMLSR is different, DFCS will be contacting the company for additional information or forms. For instance, if the company name has changed, DFCS will need an updated surety bond or bond rider proving that the company is covered by the surety bond under the new name and updated clients trust account forms or an affidavit and undertaking. Any other company information may change during the transition without requiring additional DFCS review, including telephone numbers, the registered agent, e-mail or websit
