Yes, otherwise it will be impossible to deliver the content to you via download. Our clips uses Quicktime Photo JPEG compression codec optimized to 75-90% quality depending on content. We have tested and found that this compression codec gives the best quality without visible losses while keeping file size managable. The video Mattes however are compressed via non-lossy Quicktime PNG. Make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime.
