Do motability scooters need insurance?
If they don’t they should have. Some the ‘drivers’ of these vehicles are reckless beyond belief. Some drive on the road, some on the path some on both. It appears (from experience) that most have no idea of where they are supposed to drive them. They also drive at silly speeds, one of them nearly knocked my daughter over the other day, he didn’t even acknowledge what he’d done…Grrr! Rant over. Please, if she doesn’t need insurance, ask her to be considerate towards pedestrians.
