Do most people start dating in high school or in middle school?
I think “dating” is a pretentious diatribe meant for romance novels. It’s silly and vacuous. Dating is like a retail operation, or perhaps it’s like wholesaling meat. I don’t even like the word. It’s right up there with disgusting body functions, murderous dictators, and alpha predators. The “D” word should be banned from the language, and it should be burned down as a social practice. It’s been passed down to us from our fore-parents. It’s a social convention perpetuated by the likes of restaurants and movie theaters. Dating is a foul-smell on the stench that is pretentious society. We are not free, but prisoners of evil conventions designed to enslave us and steal our money, self-respect and honesty. Dating, I stab all my hateful daggers at you. Die, die die…
