Do most builders know about the Green Building Standard?
Yes, many do. And more are becoming familiar with it every day. Many people in the building industry expect that the National Green Building Standard may become the basis for the National Building Code relating to sustainable homes. So any builder who is not already familiar with it will become much better prepared for the future of the industry by acquainting themselves with the National Green Building Standard, as well as other standards such as the United States Green Building Council’s “LEED for Homes” standard.
