Do minor league baseball players have regular jobs in the off season?

Some go to Arizona Fall League or to play in Winter Leagues. Those are for the best of the best. Surprisingly, many actually do. I heard players in a bullpen at the Kane County Cougars stadium, and they were talking where they work in the off-season. One said he was going to apply at Sports Authority. I’m sure some do, but some don’t as well.

Of course they do. They hardly make any money, barely enough to live during the season, let alone the off season. Only Triple A players with MLB experience have enough money to live year round.

Depends on the level minor league they play in. Double A or Triple A they might. Lower levels, probably work other jobs and continue to train.

Some do it depends on the league and home town. And how good they are.
