The certification process is made up of three stages that should be completed by the division prior to administering online SOL tests at their high schools. The three stages of High School Readiness Certification are as follows:Stage 1- Preliminary Self-Certification (checklist): School divisions certify that they are ready to meet the goals of the Standards of Learning (SOL) Technology Initiative by affirming that they have completed the Required Elements of the checklist.
