Do Mercury/Pluto aspects make ones words powerful?
Enoch Powell had a tight conjunction; he was a very forceful communicator… this can be a signature for this combo… the individuals can express themselves with great power to the extent that they can either overwhelm people, leaving them speachless and unable to counter-attack, or totally convert them so that they do not want to anyway.
