Do mental problems sometimes just “go away” ?
sometimes they “just go away”, this is usually done by a process of self realization on consciousness. All good therapy (there are hundreds of types of therapy) does one thing: brings the client to a point of “letting go” which allows healing to take place. Usually this is done by getting the client to a) realize there is a problem and b) getting in touch with the problem and c) finding solution(s) to let go of the problem. there is a method called “the Sedona Method” (google it for more in depth info and help), here is a summary: 1: Connect to the uncomfortable feeling/emotional state that you do not want to experience (either current or something from your past). Allow yourself to welcome the feeling. Ask yourself: “Could I let myself really feel this? Experience it and identify it if you can.
