Do Mental Health/ Physio and other community services need to be added into iQ Budget Manager?
Generally no. Physio, Mental Health, Chiropody, Midwifery Services, all tend to be Primary Services, and therefore are not part of PBC/ PBR. However, if there are any episodes where the service is within Secondary Care, then we would recommend putting it on iQ Budget Manager. It’s better to have more information logged on the system than not enough, when we come to the validation stage.
