Do members receive an ID card? How do providers know that a member is covered?
For you and your employees’ convenience, Spectera’s system is completely automated and paperless, thereby eliminating the need for ID cards. As part of Spectera’s standard communications materials, we provide members with a brochure that contains a paper card with general information about Spectera and the member’s basic plan design, including copays and out-of-network reimbursement schedule.
