Do MBT shoes have a warranty?
MBT guarantees MBT footwear against manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the consumer’s original date of purchase. If you feel your MBT shoes purchased from Footwear etc. are defective, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-720-0572 x. 1 or cs@footwearetc.com. We will ask you to send your MBT shoes back to us for inspection. Once we verify the defect we will gladly replace them for you.
