Do many tapes get lost in the post or are received damaged?
Very few, in fact we can count on one hand the number of videos lost in the post in the last 5 years. If a tape is lost this way and we are advised by the customer, then the same numbered tape/s would be replaced immediately providing 30 days have expired since the tape was first posted. If a tape is received damaged and cannot be properly played back or viewed, then we would ask that it be returned to us for inspection and replaced with the same tape number/s.
