Do Lutherans believe in saints?

The Lutheran Church has a lot of Roman Catholic elements in it. They acknowledge Saints, but don’t have devotionals to Saints. Protestants see devotion as a form of worship. I was baptised as an infant at St. Paul Luthern Church in Flint, MI.
