Sure. Unless they are Neo-Nazi, KKK or similar lodges. Elks, Moose, Eagles, Oddfellows, Scottish Rite or other Masonic affiliates will welcome you. Actually, I know of none that have a nationality or citizenship requirement. Long as you’re a drinker, you should fit right in.
