As each regional library system’s service options can vary, and as there are so many variations in academic library configurations (e.g., branch campuses, etc.), libraries should direct questions about their library system’s delivery service to their library system. CARLI Basic members and libraries that are not members of CARLI are not currently eligible for direct ILDS service. These libraries should contact their regional systems with any questions they may have about delivery. CARLI Basic members and eligible non-member institutions interested in becoming an Associate or Governing member in order to receive ILDS service (and other CARLI services) should contact CARLI at support@carli.illinois.edu.
