All LEP students must be included in the statewide testing program. The English language proficiency test results from the most recent administration is used to determine the students’ participation in statewide testing under one of the following conditions: • Standard administration without accommodations – LEP students who score Superior on the IPT reading test are not eligible for accommodations in statewide content assessments (e.g., end-of grade, high school comprehensive, and end-of-course) with the exception of writing.
